What you will accomplish with us
As an Intern - IT Analyst, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions within the larger Golden Record team;
• Collaborate on impactful initiatives in a modernization context involving various technologies;
• Analyze data;
• Participate in improving practices, documentation, support processes, and automation;
• Clearly document solutions and contribute to first-level support during incidents.

What could accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:

• Is currently enrolled in a program in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or a related field and must complete an internship in Winter 2027;
• Is recognized for their curiosity;
• Stands out for their rigor;
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn;
• Is recognized for their collaborative mindset;
• Has an interest in API development, workflows, PowerShell scripts, and data integration processes;
• Has a good ability to understand business rules, data flows, as well as data quality and consistency issues;
• Is comfortable working as part of a team in an Agile and SAFe environment;
• Demonstrates an interest in artificial intelligence, generative AI, agentic approaches, and innovation opportunities related to data and automation;
• Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to collaborate with English-speaking partners, vendors or teams, both verbally and in writing, on a daily basis.
