Summary: The intern will participate in a 5-week internship program. Intern will assist with the setup and maintenance of on-site computer hardware, software, and internet connectivity. In addition to performing weekly inventory management and tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of on-site computer hardware, software, and internet connectivity
- Attend daily training in a class and/or one-on-one environment
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to staff
- Communicate tech issues quickly and effectively to senior staff
- Perform weekly inventory management and tracking
- Be a role model to other interns and staff, arriving every day with an inclusive, professional, upbeat, and positive attitude
- High school students enrolled in Miami-Dade or Broward County Public Schools.
