Investment Product Marketing Internship (Expat Focus)

The Team

You’ll join our tight-knit team of 7 marketeers and analysts in the Investment Products department, working together to drive awareness and adoption of our Easy (actively managed portfolio) and Self (brokerage platform for ETFs, bonds, and stocks) products. Our team thrives on creativity and data-driven insights, and you’ll play a key role in developing a tailored investment proposition for expats, a critical growth area for ING. Your work will directly contribute to increasing total assets under management (AUM) by attracting and engaging expat customers, supporting ING’s mission to make investing accessible to all.
Roles and Responsibilities

Dive into a fast-paced role where you’ll help build our expat-focused investment strategy. Your key responsibilities will include the following:

• Researching expat financial needs and market trends to shape a compelling investment proposition
• Developing targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness among expat communities
• Creating expat-friendly content for digital and social media platforms.
• Analyzing customer data to optimize the expat proposition and track KPIs like customer acquisition and AUM growth
• Identifying improvement ideas to enhance the customer journey for expat users of Easy Self products
