Job Description
As part of the Group Procurement team, you will assist and be involved in insurance procurement matters including exposure to AI projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in setting up the global insurance policy tracking file
Verify the insurance policy documents in M/S Teams folder versus the above tracking file to ensure the completeness of the documentation
Liaise and follow up with the broker on premium payment progress
Participate in the AI project for insurance and assisting with UAT, including analytics post implementation of the AI
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
