Intern ‐ Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing SMV calculations and supporting costing activities for new styles.
- Support line setup and style changeover activities by collecting and analyzing production data.
- Assist in conducting time studies, work studies, and productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Help monitor production line performance and support line balancing activities to improve efficiency.
- Assist in preparing Yamazumi charts, reports, and other Industrial Engineering documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and productivity enhancement projects.
- Collect and maintain operational data related to production, capacity utilization, and workforce performance.
- Assist in operator skill development activities, training coordination, and skill assessment processes.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Development, Quality, and Technical teams to support operational requirements.
- Support compliance with company policies, 5S practices, health and safety standards, and workplace procedures.
Participate in environmental and sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
