Intern – Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing SMV calculations and supporting costing activities for new product developments.
- Support process analysis, work studies, and productivity improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain production and operational data to support decision-making and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Production, Planning, and technical departments to support business requirements.
- Assist in capacity planning, resource utilization analysis, and continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while undertaking assigned projects and responsibilities.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Skills Required
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
- Basic understanding of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills
