About Dexcom’s Summer Intern Program:

Looking to spend your summer working with innovative technology and changing the lives of patients with diabetes? Dexcom’s U.S. 12-week internship program provides an experience driven program aimed at developing the next generation of talent. Our onsite, hybrid, and remote work models ensure that we can invite diverse and talented intern classes from across the country. Interns will have the chance to gain knowledge and develop their skills while contributing to key company projects and initiatives. Dexcom interns have earned the nickname of “Game Changers” based on their ability to leave a lasting impact on our organization. • Team Highlights: The Commercial Analytics team provides comprehensive insights and analytics support to the commercial leadership team. We meticulously track business performance and conduct in-depth analyses to drive business success. Our team is dedicated to leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and enhance overall organizational performance.

Where you come in:

• You will analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic business decision.
• You will develop, maintain, and oversee performance reporting against key performance indicators, working with functional leads to understand strategic initiatives and identify ways to measure performance
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions for optimized commercial performance
• Your will do projects involving ROI analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to the Commercial team to ensure measurable outcomes.

• Your ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively will support the commercial leadership in achieving their strategic objectives.
• You have strong analytical skills combined with a client service mindset, with the capability to define and execute data-driven approaches to solving business questions.
• Your high degree of intellectual curiosity drives you to explore and innovate.
• You have experience developing and maintaining Excel-based models and conducting related quantitative analysis using SQL/Tableau

Education and Requirements:

• Requires a completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Must be a currently enrolled Master’s, JD, or PhD student at an accredited college or university in a STEM discipline with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.

Non-Exempt Salary Details:

The annualized base salary range for this role is $35.00 to $45.00. Annualized values for non-exempt (hourly) positions are estimates, final annualized salary will depend on total hours worked. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand.
