Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment and promotion processes for Team Member and Staff-level employees.
Conduct interviews.
Assist with documentation and creation of personal files for new recruits.
Conduct employee inductions for new hires.
Support other HR and ER (Employee Relations) - related activities as required.
Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
