The opportunity
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition function during an upcoming hiring cycle. This role is designed to build immediate recruitment capacity while also creating long-term efficiencies through campus hiring strategy, recruitment process improvement, and automation support.
The intern will work closely with the India HR Lead and hiring stakeholders and gain hands-on exposure to both operational and strategic recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Campus Intelligence & Hiring Strategy- Build and maintain a comprehensive campus database for Mumbai and Gurugram, identifying relevant colleges and universities for recurring and seasonal hiring (e.g., Delhi University colleges).
Research institute profiles, placement cycles, course relevance, and hiring potential.
Support the design of an end-to-end campus hiring framework, including:
Outreach and engagement approach
Communication templates for institutes and students
Hiring timelines and selection process flows
Assist in creating a campus engagement and hiring playbook for future partnerships
Provide support in attracting and acquiring the right talent for ongoing hiring initiatives
Assist in developing and testing AI-based resume screening logic using predefined role context and selection criteria.
Support resume screening and shortlisting for open roles under guidance.
Coordinate and support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and tracker management to improve hiring turnaround times.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring trackers.
Document recruitment workflows, campus hiring playbooks, and screening guidelines.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the current hiring process and suggest practical improvements.
Ongoing support on day to day HR tasks and activities
This will be a 3 month internship, based out of Gurugram.
Eligibility & Preferred ProfileCompleted Master’s degree in Human Resources / HRM / Industrial Relations / Organizational Psychology
Prior exposure to recruitment or campus hiring through internships, live projects, or academic work is preferred
Strong research, data organization, and communication skills
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers
Candidates who are proactive and have hands-on exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or building simple AI agents will be preferred.
Interest in HR technology, automation, and process improvement
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
