- Data Analysis & Consolidation (L&D Programmes)
- Support the AI Pod by working with Data Analysts to collect, analyse, and consolidate data related to Learning & Development programmes.
- Assist in preparing basic insights, dashboards, or summaries to support programme evaluation and decision making.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of L&D data across sources.
- Programme Design & Development Support
- Provide administrative and coordination support for programme design and development activities.
- Assist in documentation, content organisation, and tracking of programme development
milestones. - Support collaboration between internal stakeholders involved in L&D initiatives.
- Scheduling & Reporting Management
- Coordinate programme schedules, meetings, and key timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, status updates, and presentation materials for
stakeholders. - Maintain organised records and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
