Key Responsibilities
Support the administration and coordination of performance management cycles (e.g. goal setting, check‑ins, behavioural feedback, reviews).
Assist in maintaining and organising performance management documentation, guidelines, and playbooks.
Support data collection, basic analysis, and preparation of performance‑related reports and dashboards.
Help track and document Check‑Ins, behavioural feedback, and milestone progress in line with EPM guidelines.
Assist in reviewing feedback trends to identify patterns, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Support communication materials such as guides, FAQs, slides, or briefings for managers and employees.
Provide general project and administrative support for EPM enhancement initiatives, workshops, or system improvements.
Collaborate with HR team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of EPM activities.
