The Role

Reports to: Learning & Development Manager

Internship duration:  6months in 2025/3/15 – 2025/9/30

Missions

  • Support the drive for new learning activities to foster a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Create and curate attractive and effective digital learning contents.
  • Comment and react to posts to promote digital social learning.
  • Create communication material (online/offline) to raise awareness.
  • Analyze usage and propose improvement plans.
  • Support online learning launch events.
  • Translate training materials.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese, fluent in English.
  • Holding an appropriate Working Visa in case of non-Japanese nationality.
  • PC skills such as the following are the required: PPT (animation, etc.), EXCEL (functions, etc.), WORD, familiarity with video and image editing software.
