We are looking for a young and talented graduate who is eager to gain valuable experience within the HR Department of a multinational pharmaceutical company.
The selected candidate, supported by a dedicated Tutor, will have the opportunity to be involved in a wide range of HR activities across both the soft and hard HR areas, including: staffing and recruiting, onboarding and people management, coaching, payroll, budgeting, safety & security, fleet and asset management, organizational development, policies, general services, and a full 360° overview of the HR Department.
We are looking for a positive, proactive team player with a genuine interest in HR and a strong desire to learn. A brief experience in similar roles or a general HR background is appreciated but not mandatory. What matters most to us is the right attitude and mindset.
We offer a 6–12 month internship with a monthly gross allowance of €1,000.
