Leads UK and Ireland procurement and end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, GDP compliance, cold-chain integrity, audit readiness, and cost control. Manages forecasting, S&OP/IBP, inventory, logistics, wholesalers, 3PLs, carriers, homecare providers, supplier negotiations, SLAs, quality agreements, risk mitigation, and performance improvement. Partners with Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, and Medical teams while leading the local team and cross-functional supply chain projects.

Develop and execute brand strategies, product launch plans, market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, budgets, and promotional activities for Celltrion’s biosimilar portfolio. Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams; manage market research, forecasts, KPIs, agencies, vendors, and marketing ROI. Support patient access and portfolio growth in Romania.

Drive sales and market-share growth in Quebec hospital channel by developing strategic account plans, managing RFPs and contracts, building relationships with high-level decision makers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing sales forecasts. Responsible for achieving KPIs, negotiating with regional accounts, supporting contract implementation, and traveling up to 50%.

Coordinate and execute local brand marketing projects for biosimilars, focusing on pharmacy-related promotions. Manage project plans, budgets, agencies, cross-functional reviews (Medical, Legal, Sales), events, KPIs, and compliance. Support training, rollout, reporting, and campaign evaluation to improve marketing performance.

Support marketing across institutional, product, digital, events, and communications: create and review materials, organize events/training, manage approvals and supplier invoicing, update web/social content, control budgets and inventory, operate PromoMats, and liaise with suppliers and agencies to support sales.

Manage regional market access and tender activities for Celltrion products in South Italy. Build stakeholder relationships, map prescribing physicians and regional access pathways, ensure formulary and tender inclusion, monitor competitors, and ensure local legal compliance in coordination with Commercial and Medical teams.

Provide administrative, operational, and compliance support across PV, Regulatory, Supply, Medical, and Commercial teams for the CEE region. Coordinate cross-functional activities, prepare regulatory and P&R submission materials, maintain controlled documents per GMP/GDP, support supply chain tasks, manage CRM/sales databases, and produce KPI reports and dashboards.

Field-based specialist sales consultant promoting Celltrion biologics and biosimilars to healthcare professionals. Manage territory accounts, drive sales negotiations, update CRM, analyze performance, plan scientific events, and comply with pharmacovigilance and legal standards.

Lead regulatory, quality, importation, and pharmacovigilance activities for marketed and new biopharmaceutical products. Manage product registrations, renewals, labeling, GSP/GDTP certifications, QA/QC coordination, safety reporting, medical information, training, and support public bidding and import inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Field-based Medical Science Liaison responsible for Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Build and maintain KOL and HCP relationships, deliver scientific exchange and medical programs, support investigator-initiated studies, RWE/HEOR activities, and cross-functional teams (marketing, access, BD). Maintain clinical expertise on biologics and competitors, contribute to medical content, and ensure regulatory compliance. Frequent travel required to execute regional field initiatives.

Manage assigned Canadian territory to achieve sales targets for immunology and allergy biologics/biosimilars through key account planning, cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and execution of value-based messaging. Monitor territory performance, manage budgets, complete reporting and compliance tasks, and travel up to 25% for meetings and events.

Apprenticeship supporting commercial and bidding activities: enter sales orders, monitor distributor inventories, schedule visits, identify private sales and bidding opportunities, update internal reports and certificates, and handle administrative and operational tasks.

Lead regulatory affairs and quality assurance activities for biopharmaceutical product lifecycle: prepare and review CTD/FD submissions, manage authority interactions, support CMC and new product introductions, provide regulatory consultation, and coordinate with manufacturers to ensure approved content matches manufacturing.

Support implementation of global regulatory strategies at national level: prepare and maintain SmPCs, PILs, mandatory texts, manage artwork and product information lifecycle, maintain regulatory databases/portals, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Medical, Pharmacovigilance, Market Access and Marketing.

Provide sales and marketing support (contract management, tender docs, marketing materials, customer enquiries), and finance & administration (vendor follow-up, SOX support, cash collection reminders, procurement, office administration). Maintain inventories, prepare onboarding documentation, and support ad-hoc operational tasks to keep teams organized and compliant.

Drive medical visits and sales of biosimilar biologics, manage territory accounts, maintain CRM, analyze performance, plan scientific events, and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and legal requirements.

Lead tender/pricing strategy and support commercial tender preparation for CEE; manage distributor relationships, demand planning, inventory and warehouse stocks; coordinate logistics and forecasting to ensure supply continuity; analyze pricing and financial reconciliations; collaborate cross-functionally to execute commercial activities and compliance across the product lifecycle.

Prepare and maintain CT-PL accounting, tax and finance processes including bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, monthly/quarterly closings, consolidated F/S support for HQ, statutory filings (CIT, VAT), payment execution, inventory and revenue recognition, fixed asset depreciation and lease amortization, contract and tax-invoice review, and act as finance/tax liaison with HQ and local agencies.
