Operational Analytics Support

  • Prepare data extracts and tables for ad‑hoc analysis and leadership requests
  • Support slide content with charts, tables, and commentary
  • Assist senior analysts in analysis preparation

 

Data Quality & Validation

  • Perform data reconciliation between Workday, Finance, and downstream reports
  • Validate metric outputs against agreed definitions and benchmarks
  • Identify data issues and flag inconsistencies for remediation

 

Documentation & Standardisation

  • Document report logic, metric definitions, and data sources
  • Maintain data dictionaries and reporting catalogues
  • Support governance artefacts (metric naming, ownership records)

 

Platform & Change Support

  • Assist with UAT for reporting changes, or new dashboards
  • Support backlog clean‑up (retiring redundant reports, tidying datasets)

 

Knowledge & Capability Building

  • Learn core People Analytics concepts, HR metrics, and Prudential data standards
  • Gain hands‑on exposure to Workday, Power BI, and enterprise HR data
  • Build reusable assets that improve team efficiency beyond the internship

Skills Required
