Would you like to work on the development of roof systems for future car models together with some of the market leaders in the automotive industry? Inalfa Roof Systems is a world leading supplier for OEM automotive roof systems and still growing strong. Are you ready to grow with us?

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Recruitment, selection and onboarding of interns;

• Support our Health initiative by tracking absence;

• Campus Recruitment; plan open days and career days at schools for advanced education and universities and participate;

• Administrative tasks, archive documents, take care of e-mails and phone calls;

• Participating in improvement projects;

• And much more, we are always open for new insights!

What do we expect from you?

• You are a second or third year Bachelor student HRM;

• You are an enthusiastic, quality-conscious and eager to learn student;

• You like to take over responsibility for your tasks and you have high standards if it comes to confidentiality;

• You are going to work for an internationally based organization. Therefore, it is important to have strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

What we offer you:

• We provide a good prepared assignment and personal support during your internship

• You will receive a fee of €385,00 gross per month (40hrs). Additionally, we provide a travel compensation/NS card depending on your distance you travel for work.
