Responsibilities:
For (BBA / MBA) Intern-to-Hire – Business Development
- Assist in promoting IT products and services through lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and client communication.
- Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor insights.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update lead data, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align outreach strategies and client requirements.
- Learn and apply practical skills in IT sales, SaaS solutions, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Work towards assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Work with counter part in Canada.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in MBA/BBA (Sales, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong interest in IT sales, SaaS products, and business development.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Ability to explain products/services clearly and confidently over calls and virtual meetings.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/IT environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
