This internship offers hands-on experience in PA’s Integrated Hub operations, focusing on events planning and data management, partnership development, and marketing communications (marcoms).The Intern will work closely with the Heartbeat@Bedok (HBB) Team to deliver meaningful community programmes and initiatives.
[What you will be working on]
Events Management and Data Analysis
- Interns will be guided to support with the planning, coordination, management and execution of the community events and programmes at the Hub.
- Responsibilities encompasses developing event timelines, curation of programmes/ events, coordination with external partners, Marcoms, data analysis and management, etc
Partnership Development
- Interns will have the opportunity to support relationship building with Government Ministries, Agencies, community partners, and educational institutions.
- If keen, interns are welcome to assist in identifying potential collaboration opportunities and preparing partnership proposals. They can also try their hands at coordinating meetings with partners and assist with tracking partnership outcomes and deliverables.
Marketing Communications
- Interns will have an opportunity to contribute to promoting Heartbeat@Bedok's programmes and services through various channels.
- This includes working with our Social Media Agency to create content for social media platforms and designing promotional materials, where interested.
- They can also help develop marketing strategies for specific programmes, conduct community outreach activities, and support with Marcoms at various events.
[What we are looking for]
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Available to commit for about 6 months
