Job Description
You will assist the team in coordinating internal and external stakeholder engagement activities, manage data collation, and prepare collaterals such as EDMs, videos and content for CLI website.
Responsibilities
Design and develop content, programmes, collaterals, communications, and processes for/with each group of stakeholders to bring the sustainability strategy to life, deepen stakeholder-relationships and trust, and generate positive behavioural changes and innovative thinking
Assist in keeping sustainability content updated on the corporate website
Research, draft and compile information for projects, events, and media requests
Work with CapitaLand’s business units and corporate functions to ensure seamless and effective execution of stakeholder programmes and activities
Be involved in administrative coordination for projects or events and on-site support
Monitor, review, and report feedback to measure effectiveness and impact of engagement in meeting the goals of the sustainability strategy
Perform other related ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Adept in design tools and applications such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong verbal and written skills with proficiency in English
Interest in project/event coordination and drafting/editing of write-ups will be a plus
Creative and meticulous
