KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, develop, and experiment the concepts of the SI and MP models in collaboration with central, divisional, plant teams, and industry experts in order to support continuous improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Lean methodologies, SI & MP best practices.
- Work closely with divisional & plant teams to address bottlenecks and performance gaps.
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on tasks
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Management studies from a recognized university
- Understanding of Lean manufacturing
- Understanding of Supply chain management
- Skills in Powe BI
- Skills in MS office (Excel / Word / Power point)
- Proficiency in both Sinhala & English
