Intern - Group HR Operations
To be based at Battaramulla

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct legal research and current state analysis.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing HR-related policies and Meeting and Quarterly Forum Management
• Consolidate meeting minutes and assist in preparation.
• Organize and coordinate the quarterly Compliance Forum.
• Collaborate with various plants and divisions to support Group HR operations.
• Conduct relevant follow-ups with parties involved to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate administrative tasks and contribute to project-related activities.
• Assist the Operations team with ongoing projects and administrative duties.
• Assist in preparing and circulating reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Reading a bachelor’s degree in business management / international Relations / International Business Management
- Preferable if the candidate has prior knowledge or experience in Law.
- Preferable if the candidate has prior work experience as an intern.
