Job Description
You will be assisting the Group HR Information System team in the development of the AI Bots.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and prototype of AI-driven bots for use cases such as HR process automation, employee self-service and data insights
Support prompt engineering conversational design, and workflow integration using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Workday APIs
Apply knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Workday APIs, etc.) to design practical solutions aligned with our Workday and broader HR technology stack
Document bot logic, configurations, and testing outcomes
Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify pain points and propose automation solutions
Conduct research on the latest AI tools and frameworks relevant to HR and enterprise use
Collaborate with existing HR Technology team members to co-create AI use cases
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or any other related disciplines
Strong academic standing with interests in AI, automation, or digital innovation
Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering)
Basic experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot Studio) is a plus
Understanding of REST APIs, chatbot logic or RPA concepts would be advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
