- Assist to review, consolidate and update BNM/SC/Bursa Policies/Guidelines/Circulars in the Master Regulations library
- Consolidate monthly regulatory reports and/or regulatory impact assessments provided by business units for the team to review and submit to Group Compliance.
- To support and assist in developing training materials with the use of Microsoft Office tools
- To support the team to research any matters related to banking and finance
- Provide support on administrative matters for the team, including but not limited to responding to enquiries for copies of policies/guidelines/circulars/ directing to the right channel, managing compliance training calendars (including updating attendance sheets, organizing training lunches and distribution of training materials to participants)
- Any other day-to-day works that is deemed necessary
