EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SPRING of 2026.
Primary Responsibilities- Assist with coordinating project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Track project status updates, action items, and risks/issues; follow up to keep momentum
- Work in an Agile environment (scrum/sprints, etc.)
- Support meeting logistics: agendas, notes, decisions, and next steps
- Help maintain project documentation (plans, requirements, SOPs, change logs)
- Build and update project dashboards and reporting (Google Sheets, Monday.com, etc.)
- Communicate updates to stakeholders in a clear, concise way
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation to help teams scale

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
What You're Working With:- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable communicating with teammates and stakeholders (written + verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, Slides/PowerPoint)
- A “figure it out” mindset with curiosity and coach-ability
