Supports the Communications team with influencer gifting, PR mailers, product sample tracking, press and organic social reporting, event planning, and creative asset coordination. The intern will help organize the product closet, communicate with influencers and partners, compile monthly PR results, and coordinate creative projects. This in-person New York City internship begins in February 2027 and requires at least 35 hours per week.

Support the FP&A team with monthly sales and P&L reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and business insights. The intern will analyze data from multiple datasets, maintain reports and processes, support E-Commerce, CRM, and media business partners, and contribute to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports Clarins’ skincare marketing team through competitive product, campaign, pricing, and market analysis using Circana data. Tracks sell-through performance, launches, reformulations, creative deadlines, product inventory, shipments, and project briefs. Prepares PowerPoint presentations and assists with meeting preparation and participation. The role requires strong organization, communication, technical problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with in-person work in New York City two days per week.
