This intern is expected to work On-site in Conway, AR.
Anticipated graduation date between May 2027 - December 2027

Acxiom is seeking a high-potential FP&A Intern who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is interested in launching a career in corporate finance. This internship is designed as a feeder role into Acxiom’s early-career finance pipeline, providing meaningful, hands-on exposure to financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
You’ll work alongside experienced FP&A professionals and gain real-world experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting within a U.S.-based organization that collaborates with global teams.
What You’ll Do:
• Support the FP&A team with financial reporting, analysis, and variance explanations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including data gathering and model updates
• Build and maintain Excel-based models, reports, and dashboards
• Help prepare materials for monthly and quarterly management reviews
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and key business drivers
• Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams to understand financial results
• Take initiative on ad hoc analyses, special projects, and process improvement opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in corporate finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
