The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Accounts Payable operations

• Verify vendor invoices for accuracy, approvals, and completeness

• Record and post vendor invoices in Tally ERP with proper accounting

Classification

• Support payment processing activities as per internal guidelines

• Assist in vendor reconciliations and resolving basic discrepancies

• Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable

• Prepare basic AP ageing and internal reports

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice follow-ups

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and internal control purposes
  

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (Finance) – pursuing or recently completed

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Familiarity with Tally ERP preferred

• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel preferred

• Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and reliable
