How do we work?
You'll become an integral part of our small, collaborative team, based in Warsaw, which is a key component of a larger, global Finance and Accounting Department. If you're looking for a role that offers both autonomy and the support of a global network, we encourage you to apply!
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the Krakow office 4 times per month concerning your commitments.
In this role, you will:

Book bank statements (mainly currency accounts).

Provide daily verification of account balances.

Be responsible for reconciling accounts.

Assist the Accounting Team with monthly statements.

Support the Controlling Department.

Monitor document accuracy.
What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?
-
Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (at least in the third year of studies).

Basic knowledge of accounting standards.

Good command of Polish and English (B2 level).
-
Proficiency in MS Excel.
-
Ability to work min. 20 hours weekly.

Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.

A team player with good communication abilities.
Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of Simfonia.
