Intern (Fall 2025)

Position Overview

You'll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. This isn't about filing paperwork (though there might be some of that digitally). You'll work across different teams and get real exposure to how a gaming company operates. You're either a current student looking to gain real-world experience, or someone with 2+ years of professional experience who wants to break into the gaming industry. Please note: This position is located in Miami and requires working from our office. We're only able to consider candidates who can reliably commute to this location.

Responsibilities

• Support our various departments (Social Gaming Operations, Marketing, People Operations, Finance, IT) with administrative tasks

• Help coordinate meetings, maintain organized filing systems, and assist with basic research projects

• Support special projects as they come up

• Keep our office space organized and welcoming

You Should Have

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable with standard office software (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion or similar)

• Good written and verbal communication

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed

• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

• Interest in gaming or tech (you don't need to be a hardcore gamer, but curiosity helps)

Bonus points if you have

• Previous administrative or office experience

• Experience with project management tools

• Basic graphic design or social media skills
