About Brookfield Residential: Brookfield Residential is a leading real estate developer known for creating the Best Places to Call home and award winning master planned communities. As a Brookfield Residential Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate development.

Internship Overview: Brookfield Residential’ s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects and operations. This internship program is open to highly motivated and driven students who are eager to explore the development and residential real estate industry, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our team. The Summer Internship Program will begin on May 19, 2025 and conclude on August 15, 2025. This is an on-site role, five days a week located in our Fairfax, VA Headquarters office.

Team Overview: We have multiple opportunities across the business including by not limited to:

• Construction Management

• Finance / Accounting

• Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• A keen interest in real estate and development.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.

• A positive and can-do attitude.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.

• Must possess reliable transportation.
