Intern, Executive Assistant Team | CEO Office (6 months FTC)

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated intern to support the CEO Office and Executive Assistants Team at N26. The CEO Office plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional work between C-level executives, ensuring efficiency in strategic planning and execution. As an Intern, EA Team, you will gain hands-on experience in administrative support, project coordination, stakeholder management, and executive operations, making this an excellent opportunity to develop critical business and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will:

• Administrative & Financial Support – Assist in processing expense reports, purchase orders, and managing incoming correspondence for the CEO Office.
• Travel & Logistics Coordination – Support travel arrangements, including research and bookings for flights, hotels, and team activities.
• Meeting & Event Preparation – Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and agendas for high-level executive sessions.
• Project Coordination – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track deadlines, follow up on deliverables, and support CEO Office initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Guest Management – Act as a liaison between the CEO Office, internal teams, and external visitors to facilitate seamless communication and hospitality.
• Ad-Hoc Support – Assist with special projects and additional tasks as required by the CEO Office team.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, finance, economics, management, politics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is an advantage.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.
