Job Description:
- Work with the Test Engineering team to develop, debug, and maintain production test program for Microcontroller devices.
- Support Si validation activities including characterization, qualification, and production testing.
- Assist in debugging test issue and improving test coverage and efficiency.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize test data using ATE.
