👷 What you will be doing?
You will be a part of a small and ambitious team, solving interesting problems in beautiful ways. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work closely with our experienced engineering team to learn how to solve real-world problems and ship production-ready code.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the development through coding, testing and support
Building and enhancing features that will be used in production and has meaningful impact to our customers, across the front-end and back-end using React and Node.js
Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand the product vision and make active contributions
Learn quickly by asking great questions, communicating the status of your work clearly and seeking feedback and support from our Lead Engineer
Support with QA and customer onboarding & deployment
🛠️ What will you need to be successful?
A generalist mindset with familiarity in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python)
Experience writing or shipping software as part of coursework, personal projects, internships, coding competitions or research
Demonstration of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit (side projects, previous companies)
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional, distributed team
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and initiative
Desire to work in a fast-paced startup with flexibility and room to grow
A passion for learning new technologies and improving your craft in both front-end and back-end development
Bonus points! interest in AL / ML technologies
Skills Required
