The intern will be administrator for function to support in the implementation/execution of organisation objectives and will support employer branding, internal communications and employee engagement initiatives through event coordination, content management for internal and social platforms (i.e. Linkedin, 1-Pru), and involvement in sponsorships and awards submission. They will gain hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, creative content development, and internal communications, contributing to impactful messaging and continuous improvement in employee and talent outreach.Key Accountabilities
- Event Coordination & Support
- Assist in planning, organising, and executing internal events and engagement activities.
- Handle logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event documentation.
- Content Creation & Management
- Source talents, develop and schedule content for internal platforms (e.g., 1-Pru) and social media (e.g TikTok, Linkedin, IG).
- Support visual design and written content creation aligned with employer branding goals.
- Internal Communications
- Contribute to internal campaigns that promote company culture, values, and initiatives.
- Assist in drafting and editing communication materials for various employee touchpoints.
- Employer Branding Initiatives
- Support branding efforts including sponsorships, awards submissions, and talent attraction initiatives via university visits/outreach programmes.
- Help maintain consistency in brand messaging across platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Provide timely updates and documentation to relevant stakeholders.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of payments/budget utilisation, activities, feedback, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.
