Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our Employee Experience team to support various design, communications and research tasks which contribute to our employer branding and internal events. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation of visual materials (presentations, social media graphics, internal documents).
  • Support the team in producing layouts, templates, and branding materials.
  • Conduct online research on topics related to our industry, competitors, and trends.
  • Summarize research findings and prepare concise reports or presentations.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure cohesive branding and communication.
  • Assist in event management, namely the document management.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva).
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • English level: B2 or higher (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Interest in UX/UI or branding.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing or social media trends.
