POSITION SUMMARY
Join the Domo Education team as an intern and play a key role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of data! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team dedicated to creating meaningful educational experiences that empower users to excel with Domo’s platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process automation, and education technology—all while contributing directly to real-world business outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support grading and feedback for Domo Certification Exams, helping ensure high standards and valuable learning outcomes;
- Use Domo to create insightful reports on education performance and customer usage data;
- Automate and streamline education business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy;
- Collaborate on special projects that drive innovation in how we educate and enable customers;
- Assist with course creation, event coordination, and learner communications to enhance instructor-led and on-demand training programs;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze education data and deliver actionable insights;
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes, embrace creativity, solve challenges, and contribute to a positive team environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Education Technology, or a related field;
- Some familiarity with data visualization, business intelligence tools, or e-learning platforms is a plus (experience with Domo is a bonus but not required);
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely;
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to contribute to a fun, fast-paced team environment.
