Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in research, evaluation, and implementation of AI solutions and innovation within CapitaLand.
Engage and liaise with external vendors to explore, assess, and compare AI offerings, including vendor presentations, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and solution demonstrations.
Assist in managing AI POC projects from initiation to completion, including scoping, testing, documenting results, and preparing recommendations for implementation.
Conduct desk research on emerging AI technologies, innovation, industry trends, and competitive benchmarks to identify potential opportunities for CapitaLand’s businesses.
Coordinate meeting logistics and follow up on action items to ensure smooth preparation and execution.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers (e.g., Power BI) to monitor progress of AI initiatives.
Support data preparation and basic analytics tasks (data collection, cleaning, and visualisation) to enable AI model experimentation.
Assist in creating presentation decks, reports, and summaries for senior management, highlighting findings from research and vendor evaluations.
Use Canva or other design/video creation tools to prepare emailers, training materials and explainer content for internal stakeholders on new AI tools/ innovation and processes.
Coordinate with internal departments (IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Business Teams) to ensure AI implementation aligns with governance, compliance, and security standards.
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, team meetings, and workshops to contribute fresh perspectives and document learnings.
Perform other ad-hoc duties related to AI projects as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI & Machine Learning, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
Keen interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and emerging digital technologies.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to summarise findings clearly for both technical and business audiences.
Basic understanding of AI concepts (e.g., chatbots, machine learning, natural language processing) is preferred but not required.
