Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the product development lifecycle such as tracking, planning, development, testing, and release phases
Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements through data analysis and stakeholder inputs
Implement enhancements in response to stakeholders’ requests, including coordination with tech teams
Conduct UAT for ongoing enhancements and new feature launches, ensuring product readiness before go-live
Provide operational support, including reporting, issue tracking, and day-to-day product support
Assist in technical operational support related to Azure cloud services and other infrastructure tasks
Assist in documenting technical architecture diagrams, workflows, and system configurations to support ongoing enhancements
Conduct research on relevant technologies and market trends to support product innovation and strategy
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the product team’s operations
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Information Technology Information Systems, or any other related disciplines
Strong interest in product management, digital systems, and user experience
Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services and system architecture concepts
Experience with Figma or equivalent design tools to support basic UI/UX reviews and mockups
Interest or basic exposure to AI, automation, or product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) is a plus
Collaborative team player with good communication skills
Possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail
Capable of multitasking and effectively prioritizing tasks
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support both strategic and operational tasks
