About the Role:This internship sits in Gen’s growth and monetization team, working on in‑app sales and retention for Norton consumer desktop products. The role focuses on improving customer journeys, running experiments, and supporting commercial growth through data‑driven in‑product marketing.
Example projects include improving upgrade screens inside Norton after install, testing different offers or messages, and analyzing which versions lead more users to subscribe or stay longer.

In‑app post‑install sales, upsell, and loyalty flows
Customer journeys linked to monetization and retention
Drive in‑app monetization and loyalty for a core Norton desktop sales flow
Ideate and execute end‑to‑end in‑app sales and marketing campaigns
Run A/B tests to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience
Map and visualize customer journeys to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and other internal teams
Track results and report performance through regular business reviews
You’re an active student or recent graduate with a strong interest in digital products, growth, and monetization, comfortable working with data and learning through experimentation, and able to work onsite in Prague for the full internship.
Education:Currently studying (or recently graduated in) Digital Marketing, Product, Analytics, Product Design, or a related field
