MyElanco Tasks and Deliverables:
Research how the portal is currently designed in other countries where Elanco operates. How is traffic generated there, and what are the key learnings from our international colleagues? Discuss with various disciplines within our BeNeLux organization how they view a future design. Conduct research among veterinary practices to determine their wants and needs regarding such a digital platform. Provide advice on a possible portal design, including navigation.
The goal is to look at the future design of the portal. We already have the content, and it falls outside the scope of this assignment.
Promomats Tasks and Deliverables:
Collaborative work on creating the template, generating content, QR codes, etc.
Alternative Assignment: Competitor Website Analysis
Tasks and Deliverables:
- Analyze the websites of key competitors in the Benelux veterinary market.
- Evaluate website structure, services offered, and overall presentation.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses compared to the current Elanco website.
- Present findings and recommendations for potential improvements (particularly for services offered to veterinarians).
Alternative Assignment: Vet Influencer Analysis
Tasks and Deliverables:
- Identify existing and potential veterinary influencers in the Benelux market.
- Research their social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), including follower count and engagement.
- Assess their suitability for potential collaboration with Elanco Connect, considering factors beyond traditional sales metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations for engaging key influencers.
