Do you want to play a role in global commerce? Are you seeking practical experience to supplement your academic pursuits?

The Prologis Summer Internship Program offers students of diverse educational backgrounds the opportunity to secure work experience within their field of study. Over a course of 10-12 weeks, our interns will get to collaborate on various significant projects that impact Prologis’ business landscape. Students will have the opportunity to interact and connect with leaders within the company and build workplace acumen through various seminars and Q&A sessions. Regardless of their assigned departments, interns will have access to local market tours in order to fully comprehend Prologis’ business and how their summer contributions impact the end product.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Evaluate Carbon Reduction Strategies: Assist in assessing and implementing carbon-reducing and/or sustainable innovations on projects currently in the design phase, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable development practices.
• Support Active Construction Projects: Participate in ongoing construction projects, working alongside project teams to understand construction innovations, QA/QC standards, project reporting, and engineering best practices.
• Assist with Entitlement Processes: Gain exposure to the early stages of entitlements, supporting the team in meeting regulatory requirements and learning about the complexities of development approvals. Assist with construction estimating and land pursuits.
• Learn and Apply Development Standards: Engage with Prologis’ development standards, from engineering design to construction innovations, ensuring that projects align with company and industry best practices.
• Collaborate on Engineering and Design Best Practices: Work closely with engineers and designers to understand best practices in project design and development, with a focus on quality assurance and quality control.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (rising junior or senior) or graduate program
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Bluebeam Revu
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity

• Creative mindset and openness to tackling new challenges
• Collaborative team player with a supportive approach

Undergraduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $25-30/Hour

Graduate Hiring Hourly Pay: $35-40/Hour

Hourly pay to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, and skills, as well as internal pay equity and alignment with market data.
