About the Role
Are you ready to kickstart your career in the fast-paced world of Supply Chain at a global company? As part of SC Johnson’s Demand Planning team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our brands by forecasting market demand using data from sales, marketing, competitor activities, and more.
In this role, you’ll get hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, driving real-world projects like new product launches, and helping make important decisions for the business. About the Team/Department
As an intern, you'll join our Demand Planning Team, working alongside experienced professionals to help shape the demand forecast for key markets.
What You'll Do:
- Dive into real-world data to collect and analyze demand inputs like new product launches, promotions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and more) on exciting projects that shape the future of our brands.
- Track key performance metrics and help drive continuous improvements within the team.
- Work closely with supply partners to ensure the demand plan aligns with the latest market conditions.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A degree in economics, supply chain management, engineering, or a related business field (or about to graduate).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across all levels.
- A passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to work within high-performing teams.
