- The internship will begin June 15th, 2026
- Our intention is to have interns work on-site in Conway, Arkansas if possible.
- 20-25 hours/week work dedication during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summer
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2027
- Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (CPT/OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status
Work with clients to validate and obtain sign-off of client solutions and dynamic campaign execution via checklists and project management task lists.
Develop, maintain and improve client relationship through client communications
Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to support multiple technical operations
Participate in improvement process for existing solutions such as solution, tool and process changes
Application administration: Identify, recommend and document code changes or make appropriate code changes. Construct and/or improve data documentation as needed and change processes for clients
Investigate and coach clients on potential processing efficiencies, redundancies and/or optimum use of data. Drive and share standard methodologies, adoption of standards and lessons learned with internal Acxiom teams
Maintain domain expertise in designated accounts and processes
Ensure compliance with established procedures, project requirements and service level agreements through audits and checklists
Assist in debugging issues in user processes
Assist in campaign management project management via Excel calendars and task lists. Manage checklist and procedures compliance across production team.
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Data Analytics, or a related field
Experience with SQL
Foundational programming knowledge
Experience with campaign management and related tools
Experience with project management and managing to a goal through established procedures
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
