You will be part of the Information Management team and will work with different stakeholders across the company to support efforts to use data analytics, data mining and data modeling to drive improved decision making by management and improved operations and planning. In addition, you will be part of the team to manage and develop AI initiatives in Scoot.Job Description
As a Data Science and Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our Data CoE team and business users on an end-to-end process.
Responsibilities
Gathering of user requirements, designing and deploying of functional data product
Contribute to the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines
Assist in creating statistical models, testing them, and tuning their parameters for prediction or classification tasks
Work with users to develop and maintain GEN AI applications.
Develop and deliver BI dashboards that visualize analytical results to business users.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other related disciplines that possesses an analytical and quantitative component from a reputable institution.
Basic competency in two or more of the following areas preferred: Data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau); SQL knowledge; Programming or scripting language (e.g. Python, R, Java);
Knowledge of cloud services(e.g. AWS,GCP) and hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus
