Job DescriptionOur AI & Data team at RB Digital supports our clients from various industries along the entire data value chain. Combining business insights with the latest quantitative methods, we help our clients to solve problems in a data-driven way.
You will work alongside Consultants and Data Scientists on exciting projects with a quantitative, and technical focus. Your task is to transform data, perform advanced analytics and develop machine learning models to create innovative solutions for our clients. You’ll play a key role in creating value from data using state-of-the-art scientific methods and modeling techniques.
Join our AI & Data team at RB Digital in Munich, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Berlin or Stuttgart as an intern for at least 4 months or as a working student for 16-20 hours per week for at least 6 months.

Your tasks will be
- Develop client-facing solutions like machine learning models and KPI frameworks
- Support quantitative aspects of strategy consulting projects from market sizing and customer segmentation to pricing and optimization
- Support the design and implementation of end-to-end data pipelines, from raw data ingestion to analysis-ready formats
- Engage with cloud-based platforms and databases
- Currently enrolled in a quantitative or highly analytical degree, such as Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Informatics or a related field
- Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit
- Strong interest in data analysis, machine learning, and applied statistics
- Very good knowledge of at least one programming language for data modelling (preferably Python and SQL)
- Practical experience with database technologies and ETL processes
- Good understanding of data sources and data structures. Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is an advantage
- First experience creating meaningful dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Power BI)
- Excellent English. German is beneficial
