At our Krakow Global Business Services (GBS) HUB, we provide essential services across multiple functions, including Customer Service, Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and more. We are currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Internship Program.

As an Intern - Customer Supply Operations, you will support order transaction center activities and work alongside experienced professionals to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order management processes.

Available Teams/Functions

As part of the Customer Supply Team, you will support order transaction center processes and collaborate with colleagues across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the transition to a shared inbox operating model by ensuring efficient handling and distribution of incoming customer requests.
  • Manage exception cases that cannot be automatically processed by existing automation solutions.
  • Analyze non-standard process scenarios and contribute to the implementation of sustainable automation solutions.
  • Support the continuous development and training of automation tools to improve process accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders including Customer Service, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Participate in automation validation activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, digitalization, and operational excellence.
  • Support the team in driving efficiency improvements and advancing process automation capabilities.

About You

 

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related fields.
  • You are interested in developing a career in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • You have strong communication and organizational skills.
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and working in a dynamic environment.
  • You are proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • You have practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be considered an advantage.
  • You are available to work at least 30 hours per week.

  • Paid internship with a Civil Contract (Umowa zlecenie) for 6 months (maximum 18 months).
  • Possibility of employment after completion of the internship program.
  • Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program.
  • Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 30 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week).
  • Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
  • A friendly and stimulating atmosphere, with the possibility to work with experts in their field within a global company and the chance to develop your career based on your ambitions, while building a professional network.
  • A modern office in the city center for a newly established Hub, with coffee/tea/fruit (and more) available to you.
