ResponsibilitiesAbout the role:
This role supports financial analysis and reporting activities by evaluating financial data, monitoring market and competitor trends, and preparing reports to support business decisions. The position also provides administrative and transaction support to Financial Analysts while managing multiple projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you will:
- Assist in the coordination of information flow with internal and external constituencies
- Analyze basic to moderate financial information, including trends and forecasts
- Prepare reports based on analysis and on historical information
- Analyze and report competitor data
- Perform other related duties, as needed
- Provide support to the department's Financial Analysts
- Assist with functions associated with the financing transactions
- Proven Power Point and Microsoft Office Skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Able to use good judgment in making decisions independently relating to daily activities Must be extremely detail oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
What makes You an ideal candidate?
- Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related major with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.
- Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA.
- Rising Senior classification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Previous internships are considered a plus.

- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
Candidates should demonstrate:
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
