KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the review and updating of company policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Research relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure organizational compliance.
- Help identify, analyze, and document potential risks across business processes.
- Organize and update documentation such as audit reports, regulatory filings, and compliance logs.
- Participate in audit preparation by gathering data, checking controls, and compiling reports.
- Track adherence to internal policies and flag potential non-compliance issues.
- Analyze compliance or risk-related data and assist in preparing reports for management.
- Help coordinate or prepare materials for employee compliance and risk awareness training sessions.
- Assist in recording and tracking compliance breaches, incidents, or risk events.
- Suggest improvements in controls, procedures, or workflows to strengthen compliance and reduce risk.
