Job Description
Internships within Lifecycle Services (LCS) provide unique opportunities to develop your engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills.
As a Communications & Network Support Intern, you will...
- Assist engineers in duplicating customer issues
- Maintain Rockwell Automation equipment
- Interact with customers either by phone or electronically and learn about the various RA products, tools, and services we provide
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Active enrollment in a four year or advanced degree program at an accredited university
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Met us through an event or interned with us in the past
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Demonstrated desire to deliver high-quality customer service
- A valid U.S. driver's license
- Geographically flexible as relocation is an essential part of the program
- Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to approach challenges with innovative solutions
