PineBridge is seeking a Summer Intern within our Client Relations Team, based in Hong Kong.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating client records in client database;

  • Assist in preparing client presentation materials, questionnaire and other ad-hoc client requests;

  • Assist in coordinating client on-boarding process with internal stakeholders (investment team, compliance, legal, dealing team, operations team and etc.) as well as transfer agents;

  • Handle or assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline

  • Able to multitask and work in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Good command of both spoken / written English and Chinese

  • Competent in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. AI literacy such CoPliot are welcome.

  • Good work attitude, willing to learn, detail-oriented and strong organization skill
